Meet a rising star in the world of saxophone performance and music education. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Performance Certificate at the University of South Carolina School of Music, this talented musician has already established an impressive musical journey.

A graduate of Charleston School of the Arts, this saxophonist studies under instructors Cliff Leaman and Lauren Meccia, and has participated in master classes with jazz luminaries such as Chris Potter and Branford Marsalis. His versatility shines through performances in multiple ensembles, from concert bands to jazz ensemble, playing alto, tenor, and soprano saxophone across various prestigious venues.

As a dedicated performer, he has showcased his skills in concerto performances at events like the Charleston Music Festival and Smoky Mountain Music Festival. His commitment extends beyond performance, with experience in teaching and community outreach through organizations like Charleston Jazz Academy and the Charleston School of Arts.

Recognized with numerous honors including scholarships from ASBDA and Music for All, he has been selected for prestigious ensembles like the Music for All Honor Band of America. His professional memberships in the Jazz Education Network (JEN), National Association for Music Education NAfME), and North American Saxophone Alliance (NASA) demonstrate a commitment to ongoing musical growth and community engagement.

He has been lucky enough to participate in national music events and parades, including the Tournament of Roses Parade, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and contribute to community service by supporting local outreach initiatives and meal packing programs.

With a passion for making jazz and classical saxophone accessible and a diverse musical skill set, this young musician is poised to make significant contributions to the world of music education and performance.
